Cancellation Within 30 Days: If the Buyer cancels a confirmed booking within thirty (30) days of the scheduled pickup date, the Buyer is completely responsible for the full payment. No refunds will be issued, and the remaining funds will be released to the Seller. Cancellation Before 30 Days: If the Buyer cancels a confirmed booking more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled pickup date, they are eligible to receive a full refund minus the non-refundable 15% transaction fee.
